• Scheduling & administrative support: We notify and confirm appointments with all concerned parties.
• Medical record retrieval: Upon request, obtaining all applicable medical records necessary for the examination and/or Addendum.
• Medical record analysis & organization: Reviewing, analyzing and organizing all medical records for expeditious review by the examiner. We accurately document significant dates, procedures, treatment results and other relevant data, including missing materials. The examiner is provided with a coherent and easily navigable compilation of records for review.

Our Reports Include:

Well before the examination is held, the medical records are forwarded to the examiner to be reviewed. All reports blend medical record review with examination findings as a basis for the expert opinion rendered. Based on the findings, the IME examiner will assess issues of causality, traumatic vs. non-traumatic etiology, existing vs. pre-existing conditions, future treatment requirements and/or disability status. The finished report is turned around promptly. All reports and records are securely and electronically transmitted and stored.
