Will you pick up films and/or records at our office?

If you are located in the New York metropolitan area we will be happy to service your office as often as needed. Otherwise, you can mail films. Records may be transmitted by fax or online. Requests may also be made by phone.

What if “time is of the essence?”

We accommodate and welcome rush requests. Please specify the date your report is needed.

Can you get prior or subsequent records or films?

Yes, with proper authorization. Through our careful examination of records, we often identify and locate prior/subsequent films or records and inform you of our findings.

Do your panelists have experience testifying?

Yes, please feel free to view our “Expert Panelists” section located under “Services” for additional information.

Can we request specific doctors or reviewing professionals?

Yes, your input is of paramount importance to us. We are happy to accommodate your requests.

Will your panelists travel to a specific location such as a hospital, courthouse, or attorney’s office?

Yes, many of our doctors are willing to travel to various locations as required.

Do the radiologists on your panel review medical records in conjunction with their radiological review?

Yes, if medical records are provided and/or available.
